GLOBE Train-The-Trainer Workshop 2017
  
Introduction

The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) and Burapha University will arrange the GLOBE STEM Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Burapha University, Chonburi Province, Thailand during 17 – 23 December, 2017. The GLOBE Program focuses on collaboration among students, teachers, educators, scientists, government officers and others around the world to improve education and to attain better understanding of the earth system. The Program also aims at enhancing environmental awareness as well as inspiring the next generation of explorers, citizens and scientists.

The workshop is unique opportunity for participants to be officially certified by GLOBE Implementation Office (USA) as “National Trainer” qualified to lead teacher training all over the participants’ representative countries leading to do collaborative researches among students, teachers and scientists on Earth System Science using GLOBE Protocols (Soil, Hydrology, Atmosphere and Land Cover Protocols).
